Maison Aura was founded in 2012 with a singular conviction: that aesthetic medicine should be practised with the same rigour and artistry as the finest cosmetic surgery.

Our founder, Dr. Eleanor Whitmore, trained at the Royal College of Physicians before specialising in aesthetic medicine with mentors across London, Paris, and New York. She returned to London with a profound belief that the best aesthetic outcomes are the ones no one can see.

Today, Maison Aura operates from our discreet Mayfair townhouse, serving clients who share our philosophy that beauty is most powerful when it appears effortless.

Is there a consultation fee?+
All initial consultations at Maison Aura are completely complimentary. There is no obligation to book a treatment following your consultation.
Do you offer finance options?+
Yes — we offer 0% interest-free finance on treatment packages over £500, spread across 6 or 12 months. Ask your practitioner at consultation for full details.
What is your cancellation policy?+
We ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a £50 administration charge.
Are the prices shown inclusive of VAT?+
Aesthetic medical treatments are VAT-exempt in the UK. All prices shown are final — there are no additional charges added at the point of booking.
Do you offer discounts for multiple treatments?+
Our treatment packages offer the best value when combining multiple treatments. We also offer a loyalty programme for returning clients — ask about our Aura Club membership at your next visit.
How do I pay?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and Apple Pay. Payment is taken on the day of treatment. Deposits are required to secure certain package bookings.
